Objective: To be the last person left in the game. [embed]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7ZEJBiUKA-U[/embed] Step by step instructions
  1. Ask the group to make a circle. The facilitator stands in the middle (before going in the middle, explain the game).
  2. The facilitator clasps their hands together and points their hands (this is their splat shooter). They then point at someone in the circle and yell “splat!”
Note: points their hands together, not the index finger.
  1. That person must duck and the two people on either side point their splat shooters at each other and shout “SPLAT!”
  2. If the first person doesn’t duck, she/he is out.  If she/he does duck in time, the last person to put up their splat shooter either side is out.
  3. Continue until you are down to just two people left.
  4. When there are only two people left begin The Duel:
    • The two remaining players stand back to back in the middle of the circle. The facilitator begins to count, and for each number, the players take one step forward.
    • When the facilitator skips a number the two people left must turn around with their splat shooters and yell “splat!” The first to do this is the winner!
Educator's note: Anyone who is out should sit down in his or her place in the circle. They can watch the game, and the empty spaces also make it more challenging for the people left in the game.
